  • Items not eligible for return include software, downloadable products, and items marked as non-returnable on their product pages.
  • Returns are not accepted for products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper handling.

2. Initiation of Return

  • If the return is approved, we will process your refund to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, we will issue a refund for the returned item.
